      How Do I Download an On-Teeth Summary Report?

      The on-teeth time recorded by an iMG can be downloaded into a summary report. Here's how to view that in the Prevent Portal.

      1. On the Prevent Portal, within your team navigate to the 'Impacts' tab. Click the 'graph' icon on the far right of the screen to begin downloading summary reports.

      2. A pop-up window will appear. Select 'On-Teeth Summary' from the Report Type drop-down.

      3. Use the other drop-downs to filter the information required in your report. This allows you to filter by team, athlete, position, date period, and time period.

      4. Select 'View' or 'Print' to generate your on-teeth summary report. This will display an accumulation of on-teeth time for each athlete within the chosen filters.

      Not seeing any on-teeth time data? Use the Prevent Portal's 'System Status' page to make sure that all available data has synced from your iMG. See this article for instructions.
