Following a session, data from Prevent iMGs is synced using the Prevent App. Follow this guide for instructions and tips on the syncing process.
- Following a session, return the Prevent iMG(s) to their solo charging case and connect them to a power source (individual USB cable or team case).
- Open the Prevent App while within close Bluetooth range of the Prevent iMG(s), making sure that your device has an active internet connection. Allow 30-seconds for each device to establish a Bluetooth connection to the app. Please see the image below to identify if an iMG is connected to the app.
- The Prevent App will automatically initiate the data syncing process, requiring no additional action from the user.
- Leave the Prevent App open throughout the syncing process. This usually takes 10-15 minutes for a full team's data.
Important: The Prevent App requires an active internet connection to successfully sync data to the cloud and the Prevent Portal. In the absence of an internet connection, the app will store data locally on your device and will automatically resume syncing once an internet connection is reestablished.
