      How Do I Download On-Teeth Logs Into a CSV File?

      Prevent iMG on-teeth time data is available to download into a summary csv file. Here's how to export data from the Prevent Portal.

      1. On the Prevent Portal, within your team navigate to the 'Impacts' tab. Click the 'cloud' icon on the far right of the screen to begin exporting data. 

      2. A pop-up window will appear. Select 'On-Teeth Log (CSV)' from the Report Type drop-down.

      3. Use the other drop-downs to filter the information required in your report. This allows you to filter by team, athlete, position, and date period.

      4. Select 'Download' to export your csv report. This report will include data for all on-teeth logs for your chosen filters.

      Not seeing any on-teeth logs? Use the Prevent Portal's 'System Status' page to make sure that all available data has synced from your iMG. See this article for instructions.
