# What Do The Lights On The Solo Charging Case Represent?

 

| ***Solo Case LED Colour*** | ***What does it mean?*** |
| --- | --- |
| **Yellow** | iMG is current charging. No action needed from the user. |
| **Green** | iMG has been fully charged and has reached 100% |
| **Red** | iMG has not successfully established a charging connection.  For troubleshooting guidance, please see [this article](https://support.preventbiometrics.com/en/what-do-i-do-if-the-solo-case-is-displaying-a-red-light?hsLang=en) |
| **Blinking Red** | iMG is struggling to establish a charging connection with the solo case.  For troubleshooting guidance, please see [this article](https://support.preventbiometrics.com/en/what-do-i-do-if-the-solo-case-is-displaying-a-red-light?hsLang=en) |
| **Blue** | iMG has been manually shutdown to preserve battery life.  For full guidance on how the shutdown devices, please see [this article](https://support.preventbiometrics.com/en/how-do-i-shutdown-the-imgs-to-preserve-battery-life?hsLang=en) |
| **White** | A continuous white LED light indicates an iMG failure.  Please contact Prevent Customer Support for further troubleshooting steps. |
