      How Do I Create an Account for the Prevent App and Portal?

      To log-in to the Prevent App and Portal, you must create an account. Follow these instructions to find out how.

      Note: You can create an account through either the Prevent App or the Prevent Portal. After your account is created, the same login credentials will grant you access to both platforms.


      Using the Prevent App:

      1. Download the Prevent App from the App Store on any iOS device

      2. Click the 'Create Account' button.

      3. Provide the necessary details as prompted. Please note that you will need to verify your email address as part of this process.

      4. After successfully creating your Prevent account, please reach out to Prevent Support to confirm that your credentials have been granted access to your organisation's data.


      Using the Prevent Portal:

      1. Access the Prevent Portal website to get started on creating your account.

      2. Click the 'Create Account' button.

      3. Provide the necessary details as prompted. Please note that you will need to verify your email address as part of this process.

      4. After successfully creating your Prevent account, please reach out to Prevent Support to confirm that your credentials have been granted access to your organisation's data.
