SOLO CHARGING CASE
Place the iMG in the charging case and securely close the lid. The orientation of the mouthguard in the solo case is very important. Ensure the iMG is pushed all the way down in the charging case, and ensure each solo case is labeled with a key identifier to each athlete.
CHARGING VIA USB CABLE (Individual Charger)
Plug the charging case into a USB micro cable plugged into a USB power source. And follow the light sequences below.
CHARGING WITH TEAM CASE
Plug the charging solo case into any slot in the team case. Refrain from jamming the case into the slot with force – it should slide into the slot with ease. Ensure the team case is plugged into a power source when charging. All solo cases with mouthguards in them should be displaying a yellow LED light when they are charging, and will be a Green LED light when fully charged.
If you see a red LED light or blinking red LED light, make sure that the mouthguard is properly placed in the solo case, with teeth down and pushed all the way against the back wall.

Unplug the Solo case, check the alignment of the iMG and re-insert it into the team case to power reset it. For most cases, power resetting the solo case should fix the issue and allow the iMG to charge up |

Solo cases will need to be power cycled with IMM inside before next use. If traveling, plugging the teamcase in at the site with all iMGs inside will work. Otherwise, unplug and re-insert the solo case and the iMG will wake up. |
TEAM CASE AUXILIARY CHARGING PORT
The team case includes an auxiliary USB charging port at the bottom of the case. The port is rated for 1A charging and can be used to charge a smartphone or tablet.
