What Do I Do If The Solo Charging Case Is Displaying A Solid Red Light While The iMG Is Inside?

Remove the solo case from the team case and carefully examine the iMG for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, reach out to our support team to explore the option of getting a replacement for the iMG.

After removing the iMG for 5-10 seconds, make sure it is placed correctly for charging. Reinsert the iMG into the team case and allow 2 minutes for the LED lights to change.

If possible, try charging the iMG using a different solo charging case. If the device charges successfully in the alternate case, contact support for a replacement solo charging case.

If the iMG does not charge in either solo case, please contact our support team for further assistance.
