If you notice any damage to the edge of the seal on your iMG, it may have been compromised. This damage is commonly caused by cutting or trimming the iMG. It is important to avoid cutting the iMG to prevent breaking the seal and compromising the device's integrity. Refer to the image below for a visual example. If the seal is separating, please reach out to support for a possible replacement.
