What Should I Do if an Athlete Wore a Properly Charged iMG for a Session but no Data was Collected?

ENSURE DEVICE IS ACTIVELY CONNECTING POST-SESSION

While the iMG is on the charger, open the iOS app and make sure the device is connecting and there are no outstanding events left to sync.

“1970” DATA

If the iMG was worn but no data was collected, it is possible that the device has the incorrect date. If the iMG was worn but not synced using the iOS app before or after the session, the iMG will not have a time or date associated with the impacts. As a result, the device may assume the impacts occurred on January 1, 1970. To prevent this issue, make sure to charge and connect the iMG before use. If needed, please reach out to support or your team representative for assistance in clarifying and correcting these dates.

ACCELEROMETER FAILURE

If there are no impacts detected, but the system Status tab indicates a Self-Test Failure, it is important to inspect for any damage to the board. This issue may arise from a malfunctioning accelerometer, which can prevent the iMG from accurately capturing impacts.
